Custom Casting. We offer a custom casting service in white metal and resin. Masters for white metal casting can go straight into high temperature molds if they are made in metal (brass) or milliput, but we can produce masters from just about anything. Our white metal casting service has proven to be extremely popular for its versatility and value for money

Custom Painting. Our specialist painting options include some of the finest airbrushing in the country. Projects range from timber, glass and water finishes to embellishing crash helmets and electric motorbikes. As part of our custom painting service, we offer chrome painting using Fanta Chrome, Direct Chrome and Super Chrome.

Laser cutting. Many companies have a laser cutter these days but our use of this established technology is more versatile than most. Laser cutting is one of the most efficient aids to modelmaking, saving both time and cost. We are able to cut and etch in most materials (metal is an exception) including chocolate and we have produced thousands of products in the last few years. The laser cutter has proven particularly useful in our architectural work as we can offer more detail than ever.

3D Printing We have been providing Colour 3D printing since 2007. 3D printers are a fast way of prototyping and enable us to print various items (without any support matrix) in a single build process. Advanced 3D printing technologies create models that very closely match the desired look, feel and functionality of the real product.
